M-24 designs and manufactures bags, accessories and related products, including products made from reclaimed truck tarpaulin and other recycled materials.

As many products are created using reclaimed materials:

  • Each product may be unique.
  • Minor variations shall not constitute faults or defects.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications and pricing are accurate.

4. ORDERING

When you place an order through our website:

  1. You are making an offer to purchase products.
  2. Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.
  3. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to:

Where an order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.

  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened.

Where an item is made specifically to your specification, cancellation may not be possible once production has commenced.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, products supplied by us must be:
