Hopefully you and your new M-24 companion will hit if off but if there are any problems, or you change your mind just contact us within 14 days of receipt (starting the day after delivery) for a full product refund. We can exchange your bag for another colour if the recipient changes their mind within 30 days of receiving the bag. Unfortunately we can't refund the cost of postage. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account.
