I love the backpack! The only problem to me was: put a warning or anything for the customs fee to europe. i had to add another 40 euros (2/5 of the article price) for crossing the border. Just a warning while checking out would be welcome. Also I would like an easier customer service, with a chatbot, a phone number... anything to be in an easier contact with you guys. For the rest, great backpack!

love the epicycle nature of this product - the straps are thick and really comfortable on bare skin without being padded. The colour is brill and I can't tell it will last me a very long time!!

Got a smaller backpack for Uni and its a great size, not too bulky but fits everything. Its so comfortable and stylish. Feels so sturdy, truly a fab product!
