Hopefully, you and your new M-24 companion will hit it off, but if there are any problems or you change your mind, just contact us within 14 days of receipt (starting the day after delivery) for a full product refund. We can exchange your bag for another colour if the recipient changes their mind within 30 days of receiving the bag. Unfortunately, we can't refund the cost of postage. Refunds usually take 3-5 working days to show in your account. Please note that during busy periods, refunds are processed within 7 days of the parcel's receipt at our warehouse.
