Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, adverse weather, industrial action, public holidays or other events outside our control.

Unless otherwise agreed, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being formed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before your order is confirmed.

Europe: Please be aware that import charges may apply. 

USA: Due to tariff changes, higher shipping charges are applied.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, import charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

Tracking Your Order

Where a tracked service is selected, tracking details will be sent to the email address supplied at checkout.

Please ensure your delivery and contact information is accurate when placing your order.

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

If a parcel is confirmed as lost in transit, we will arrange either:

• A refund

where appropriate.

Where a parcel is returned because of incorrect or incomplete delivery details, additional shipping charges may be required before the order can be resent.

International Deliveries

Customers ordering from outside the United Kingdom are responsible for complying with local import requirements.
